Most of us get up in the morning with notification beeps from our phones that are so irresistible that you end up spending your first important 30 minutes on the phone. - Read something inspirational for 10 minutes: Have your favorite drink of the morning and sit down somewhere to read some good quotes or an inspirational article just for 10 minutes. It will charge you up for the day and will give you the energy to do your best at every task of the day.

- Greet your loved ones in the morning: After having you own time, extend the positive vibes to your family, greet them with good wishes for the day, express yourself daily.
